You will get a system in excel to document chargebacks received and dispute them using credit card sites for Mastercard / Visa/ Discover.  This enables reading of credit card chargebacks downloaded data files incrementally stored in a designated folder.  This uses card databases to match reason codes to generate text based reasons and responses to write for disputing chargebacks.  It matches store data with the retail store database of the company to get store manager Email , name data.

It generates email content  to be mailed to stores.  which can be pasted in Email software.   It helps you to file and document chargebacks disputes to reclaim your lost funds by false claims.  Confirmed chargebacks are recorded automatically from downloaded files to give analysis.

The program provides a month wise total summary cross table of Months and dispute results. It also helps stores improve performance and reduce frauds and chargebacks.
