We developed this very detailed program for our Korean client in the USA. He wanted to rate his various vendors by different department heads. The survey contained about 60 questions spread across 6 categories, with different and flexible category names and weightage for all Categories, weightage for questions within category and numerical rating for text answer choices from a drop down. Most of it is customizable. Each question within the category had equal weightage. Each answer  had a different drop down with a final score attached to them in a flexible setup.

Surveys were sent in excel with easy to use drop downs by emails to different managers. These filled surveys received were then Saved to the folder.  All survey files received by email and placed in this folder could be compiled to a single output analytics file.

Our program would read and compile all received surveys.  These were assigned the ratings, scores, calculated category average, vendor ratings etc.   We can develop similar projects  customized to your needs.
