Development

  • We are a  freelance data analytics and accounting company, having 5 employees and based out of India.  
  • We have completed about 40 freelance projects and several others for our 3 permanent clients.
  • We also  have a regular full time client since 3  years.  We are doing various accounting , spreadsheets and report generation tasks for a Houston, US based retailer in space of greeting cards and gift items  having over 80 stores. 
  • We do  light accounting tasks of uploading daily sales data from POS systems to Quickbooks accounting software, verification of petty expenses, credit card chargebacks etc.  
  • We also manage Payroll  integrating, and uploading data from POS systems, Google sheets, and Excel to ADP workforce payroll software for about 700 employees spread across 70 stores, 4 states, and 4 entities.  This involves about 30 sub tasks. We have made automated upload systems for new employee data, employee terminations, rehires, time offs, incentives and Payroll data.

Commercials

  • We can provide you with a partially working proof of concept. 
  • If you are comfortable with the basic design, we can proceed to a formal contract and build your project.

  • We are open to work on Fixed, Monthly or Hourly rate contracts.
  • We can do projects on a fixed lump sum contract, as per agreed options, loosely based on estimated hours. 
  • For long-term contracts we can work on a Monthly billing cycle.
  • Our past experience shows that fixed rate contracts are unviable and prone to disputes in billed amounts.  They are a losing proposition for us, as Clients often request alterations and additions to the project, thereby lengthening the scope of work and insisting on original contracted amount. 
  • Hence, we prefer hourly contracts as per work and time logged in. 
  • Further, our work done is not easily quantifiable, as it may require various hidden time consuming sub tasks like, Research, Calls, Emails, Billing time, Procedures, Delegation, Backups, Projects lost due to computers hanging up, revisions, clean up of code, re-work, formatting  etc. 
  • We guaranty our products, and often provide free rework to certain logical issues. 
  • We are in it for the long term, like to build client relationships.
