This app in Power BI, helps you visually analyze credit card chargebacks incurred across your retail chain in one dashboard.

This system allows users to place incremental, weekly or monthly files downloaded from Credit card sites to analyze chargebacks.  Users may download files from visa/ Mastercard/ Discover sites and place them in a designated folder.

This enables reading of credit card chargebacks downloaded data files incrementally stored in a designated folder.  This uses card databases to match reason codes to generate text based reasons of disputes and results of disputes or rebuttals if filed.

 It matches store data with the retail store database of the company to get store manager Email and Name data.   Confirmed chargebacks are recorded automatically from downloaded files to give analysis. It also helps stores improve performance and reduce frauds and chargebacks. The analysis can be seen by combinations of month,  store, state, dispute reason, dispute result and amount recovered.  Various visuals enable easy and meaningful insights to your data.
