📒 Achieved | View variance of actual hotel bookings data with Minimum guarantees undertaken by various booking agents This program enables the client to import / paste raw data generated by the system for future hotel bookings done by various platforms/ agents and compare this with daily guarantees of rooms undertaken by each agent. The booking data had a single room from start date to end date, which needed to be converted to daily data for comparison. This had a setup tab to define targets( Min guarantees) for all agents and final data tab to see variance across dates, which could be filtered by slicers for year, month, agent, target met etc It has conditional color formatting and Month wise summary totals, agent summary totals etc. |
