A detailed  analysis program made for a Music distributor to analyze Music downloads, by Track, Album, units, revenue, Years etc.

This program was made for a UK based Client. The data files itself were very large having more than 900k tows, slowing down the program.  We provided several analysis of music downloads data files combined and read from a folder.

– Transform Music data to clean it up, by removing track name duplicates, similar tracks based on converting to lowercase, capitalizing first letter, removing spaces, special characters etc. to enable clean data analysis by track names.

– Revenue of Music units sold by year slicers, sorted on release name.

– Release of units sorted on Revenue per unit.

– Accounting revenue summary of totals by Year and music Label.

– Revenue of each track by Year Slicers, sorted on Track names &  Revenue.

– Annual summary of units sold and Revenue.

– Music track wise revenue across the year as a cross table.

– Music tracks wise revenue with slicers for record labels.

– Artist wise Revenue Slicer filters by labels
